Browzer Books.com has been producing and distributing a line of great books that are distinctively different from those already available. As time went on we kept finding titles on the dusty book shelves of antique shops that we were visiting all over the country. Many of these produced too many errors for publication. But then we began hiring writers to update the text for modern readers and weed out the nasty errors. What we ended up with is something called derivative works – from which we create good, wholesome books -- electronic books -- usually books that can be read on any computer. Our books are then locked up inside our membership site for members only. Each book is copyrighted; that means you can't do anything except read our books and pass them on as gifts to your friends. Well, later on we will arrange it up so you can do one other thing .. you can brand the books with your name in them along with your facebook URL, or whatever you choose to advertise. This turns the books into excellent gifts for Christmas, or some other special occasion. It doesn't cost anything to become a member of the Browzer Books Book Club, either. All we ask is that you care enough to actually register as a member. Please enter your email address in the form below and I will register you as a member. . PRIVACY GUARANTEE: Occasionally we will let you know about our latest creations, but other than that, your email address won't be used for anything else. Just to make sure no one is putting your private information into the system, you may be asked to verify your email address by responding to a letter sent to that address. Other than that, you are home free. |

*** LOVE OF LIFE, by Jack London Yes, yet another book almost lost, and now yours for free. Here is an exciting collection of frozen north short stories by the great author, Jack London. Because Call of the Wild was so wildly successful we sometimes forget that Jack London had many other titles of wildly successful books. At a mere penny per word it is excusable that Jack London produced some work that was less than perfect and fell to the wayside, but as he began to add notches to his belt to accommodate a larger girth, his natural genius was given the time it needed to produce exceedingly great works. Become a member to download this book. This is a collection of truly great works. Each of the short stories has a depth to them that in this abbreviated day they could almost be published separately as individual novels. RIGHT Click on the title, and download your copy to your own computer so you can share it with your friends. Lady Susan, By Jane Austen. This is another page turning book produced by Browzer Books. Mansfield Park was the most unpopular novel written by that classic producer, Jane Austen. Clubs form for no other reason than to savage it with wet criticism. Nonetheless, it has been newly arranged and typeset by Lin Stone, then published as an electronic book by Browzer Books. I invite you to pretend some other author wrote it, and form your own opinion as you read it.
The Tinted Venus What do you do when Venus comes to life and will marry no one, only you? Our young hairdresser wishes to run for his life. This is a complete, full sized book. Become a member to download this book.*** Have you ever dreamed of being swept off your feet by a big, tall cave man? "Me Tarzan, You Jane." You probably remember those romantic words from the movies, but have you ever wondered what the romance between Tarzan and Jane was like in the REAL book? Edgar Rice Burroughs is a terrific writer. Tarzan is probably his best creation ever. Where I grew up -- far from civilization -- we had a large supply of comic books. Captain Marvel, Superman, The Lone Ranger, Red Ryder, The Durango Kid --even Roy Rogers. But, our favorite comic of all was Tarzan. Any time a new issue came in we'd hike out into the desert to a place where no one would disturb us and we would take turns reading the pages. There was just something about Tarzan that spoke to us. Maybe it was the way he could track wild animals and men down. Maybe it was all those trees so thick they blotted out the sun, or those animals chattering in the trees. These were animals we had never seen before and certainly had never seen anyone interacting with them. Thus it was that Tarzan comic books fascinated us. As some of our elders became more affluent we were taken about once a month and went into the place called "TOWN." It was hard not to be bug-eyed with wonder on my first trip. There were shape shifters everywhere I looked. Tarzan of the Apes is yours to read for free on the web. *** A Dashing Romance on the planet Mars
Dare I say it? Dare I say that I, a plain old prosaic lieutenant in
the Republican Service have done all these incredible things here
set forth, and done them for the love of a woman -- No, not for a
woman, for a mere chimera in female shape; for a pale, vapid ghost
of a real woman's loveliness? I know you will laugh if I simply give
you the summary of my travails. *** Marie Claire: is another one of the free "page-turning" books furnished us by Browzer Books. Back in its day of publication this was all the rage in England and France for six long years. Here is a teaser.. My father often took us to a place where there were men who drank wine. He used to put me on a table among the glasses, and make me sing. The men would laugh and kiss me, and try and make me drink wine. It was always dark when we went home. My father took long steps, and rocked himself as he walked. He nearly tumbled down lots of times. Sometimes he would begin to cry and say that his house had been stolen. Then my sister used to scream. It was always she who used to find the house. One morning la mère Colas got angry with us and told us that we were children of misfortune, and that she would not feed us any longer. She said we could go and look for our father, who had gone away nobody knew where. When her anger had passed she gave us our breakfasts as usual, but a few days afterwards we were put into père Chicon's cart. The cart was full of straw and bags of corn. I was tucked away behind in a little hollow between the sacks. The cart tipped down at the back, and every jolt made me slip on the straw. Sheree. But her hopes of reconciliation are dashed when she learns

letting him go. Now what will Sheree do with this massive love void
that only Graham can fill? The Strange Case of the Lost Elvis Diaries "So . . . the Elvis Diaries. I had heard the rumors of their existence. The story had it that Elvis had kept a journal since he was in elementary school. As far as I knew, though, they were just that--rumors. Maybe this was a hoax like those Hitler diaries some crackpot tried to palm off on that German magazine some years back. But hoax or not, I have to admit I was intrigued. The truth is, I needed a good story and needed it real bad. Recently, I'd been suffering from what might be called a receding by-line. My last three story ideas hadn't panned out and the last one that actually got published--"The Eight Faces of Earl"--was a major disappointment. It was the story of Earl Buskin, a man who had eight distinct personalities, all of them, unfortunately, incredibly boring. So if the Elvis diaries really did exist and I could get my hands on 'em, I might just have the story of the century." Visions, a free ebook and definitely good, written by a professional. It is PG-13 by Mary Shelley. This is probably the most star twisted romance ever written.. This book is created so the pages turn, and every time you reopen the book it will find the very page you left off at. |

For Love of Jason: Christina Belcuri is left with the responsibility of raising a young boy when her friend dies in a tragic accident. But then, on the day of the funeral, the child's father arrives. He's blind... and he has an interesting proposal for Christina. One that will completely change her life..
Jasmine
is an independent young woman who feels that her life is just the way she
likes it. So, how is it that a certain man with a 'knight in shining armor'
complex can step in and turn everything upside down?
Cindy stared silently out of the long, rectangular-shaped window as the old blue bus steadily puttered on, on to her hometown of Dayspring, Illinois. It was such a dreary overcast day. Even the sky looked depressed, as if at any moment it was going to cry. Cindy let out a sad sigh, closed her tired puffy eyes, and leaned her head against the worn black leather headrest. She wished that she were anywhere but here on this raggedy old bus going back home in shame. Anything can happen at any time. Yet, life normally hums along slowly, even when love and fortune; and death and disaster are at stake. The moments which we remember afterwards - either the worst pain or purest joy - these are brief instances, interspersed by lengthy pauses of waiting, wanting, hoping, and biding the seconds of our existence. Tammy thought that she and David had the picture perfect marriage, the picture perfect life, until one day, one fateful journey down an ordinary road brought that all to an end. Can love give them the strength to make the journey back? Experience the incredible journey of Kristy Kendrick as she journeys back through time and meet the man of her dreams. But what will happen when she is presented with the choice to go back home or stay in a century she doesn't belong in? Read this complete Novel to find out. It's FREE! Quartermaster: A band of silver gulls gliding towards the warming rays of the western horizon suddenly captivated Pepper’s attention and she paused on the jutted pier to study them at length. The piercing cries slowly vanished with their flight as a moaning blast from a ship heading towards the harbor echoed endlessly, filling in the gap, the sound seeming to take an eternity to finally fade away. Journey of the Heart: Quietly, she put away the futon and placed her mirror on the window's ledge. Izumi tiptoed to the kitchen, and knelt next to a small stove with one burner. It stood solemnly beside a tiny refrigerator that sat on the tatami floor. Unstacking some containers in the corner, she pulled out a bag of rice. Izumi measured portions of the white grain into a pan, carefully rinsing it in the kitchen sink. She quietly set the pan on the burner, and turned on the fire. She then went to the closet, and slid open the thin wooden door. Behind the clothes, Izumi pulled out a small table, about a foot tall. Placing it in the middle of the room, she arranged the bowls and tea things on it. |

Ingeld's DaughterHistorical, fantasy, both or neither? Ingeld's Daughter is set in an invented world. It illustrates a society on the cusp of change from medieval feudalism to a more socially mobile, more commerce-based Renaissance-style structure. The three societies in the book, the social and economic influences and the political conflicts are all based on British history from various times and places. The geography is based on British landscapes. The strands of the story I wanted to tell did not all occur together at a single time and place in British history, so rather than twist history to fit the story, I set the story in an invented world. Editor's note: I have read the
first chapter so far and the writing is excellent with great characterization
and wonderful setting. This is an author sure to win thousands
of followers.

Child of Wonder--
by Italian-American author and educator Raphael Ferraro, is a poignant
narrative about a young boy whose unfortunate circumstances of birth
and odd appearance mark him as an object of ridicule and scorn.
The action of this inspiring story focuses on the extraordinary
adventures and the mystical experiences of this sensitive young
Italian whose prayers and faith both sustain him and transform him
on his unique spiritual journey through Southern Italy. Blended
into the narrative are the fascinating folkways and beliefs of the
region.
Luminarium Medieval, Renaissance and 17th century English literature Children's Classics * A Dozen Romance Novels Queen of Heaven is a fascinating biography of Mary Magdalene based on ancient texts from Egypt, Babylon, Sumer, Israel, Canaan and Greek, Hittite, Arabic, and Indian myths. Mary Magdalene is probably one of the most used, abused and mis-used of all the characters in the New Testament. She is reviled as a harlot and praised as a saint, but Mary was far more than such overt simplification could ever describe. More than the Shakti of the Son of the Living God, first and foremost, she was an influential woman of her times, real and passionate. For the first time her story is revealed, her life chronicled. Following Miriam from birth to death, the novel vividly depicts the religious milieu from which Christianity developed, and reveals the many sources of Christian thought and iconography. The first Volume of Queen of Heaven, chronicles Miriam's childhood in Canaan. The Second Volume describes her travels to Egypt and adventures on the Arabian Sea, and the Third, available soon, tells of her encounters with Yeshuah the Nazarene.
