The typical new agent thinks s/he needs "pumped up" with power affirmations in order to get out of bed and make sales. The most successful sales people I know are too busy making money to have time for power affirmations. When you begin averaging $23,000 take home pay per week maybe you can vow to quit using them?
One thing the chanting of power affirmations are good for is getting new agents over that terrifying thresh hold of fear that grips all of us.
When I first started out it was all I could do to hand out my business card and mutely walk away. Has anyone ever seen mute work with business cards. So I tried home made sales literature. The most interested response I got to that approach was: "I won't even throw this in the trash for you; you do it!"
I haven't gotten any better at meeting new people, but the sales literature I hand out now is a whole lot better; I even create slide shows for other salesmen to use.
Anyway, let's get on with the POWER AFFIRMATIONS you can chant that are guaranteed by somebody or another to turn your life around.
