Web Pirates

These modern-day pirates are kind of like cow birds; they lay eggs in the nests 
of other birds so that someone else does all the work to feed them. Their robbery 
is done with links foisted upon the web sites others have struggled to build and 
maintain; the pirates do nothing but rake in the loot.

Their links are overlays.  Their links are laid over my words on the page but are not 
IN the page you are reading; Any words with a double bar under them on any page 
are indisputable proof of this modern kind of hijacking in progress by these 
unscrupulous web pirates and very definitely are NOT links that the owners 
approve of. 

Pornography, woefully inadequate web sites; there is no telling where these strange 
links will take your customers to.  

How can you tell if your computer is helping these thieves?  
Take a look at the words in the next paragraph.  If ANY of the words above this, 
or any of the words in the next paragraph have a line under them then YOU are a 
victim along with me and thousands of other web site owners.

Click on any of the words that have a link line under them. Even though this page is 
set to open all links in a NEW browser, those links laid by cow bird thieves snatch 
you away from the legitimate pages hosted under them and open up THEIR offers.  
Chances are, after you see what trash they have to offer you'll simply close your 
window and you'll never discover the mountains of valuable information that I offer.  

Some of these thieves even admit what they are doing.  For example, one cow bird 
link snatcher crows to the world:  "This advertisement is provided by Top 
Text/EARN and not by the web site you are viewing."  

Their links are overlays.  Their links are laid over the page but are not IN the page you 
are reading;   Any words with a double bar under them on any page here are indisputable 
proof of this modern kind of hijacking in progress by these unscrupulous web pirates and 
very definitely are NOT links that the owners approve of.  Pornography, woefully 
inadequate web sites; there is no telling where these strange links will take you.  

These thieves can't produce the kind of content you see on my pages, but they are all too 
eager to steal the traffic I generate with hard word and perseverance.  

They won't bend their back to pay to have all this content hosted.  Therefore they use 
software on your computer to RUIN THE LOOKS of my pages -- and worse than that, 
to disguise their links on my pages to make you think I have endorsed them.  These 
double barred links are not approved by the web pages they are hosted on.  
Thieves like this should never be subsidized.
